Light up the Sky

Kick start Christmas in Bendigo by watching the lights on the 'Downtown Bendigo Christmas Tree' being officially turned on.

Families are encouraged to bring a picnic and find a spot on the grass in Queen Victoria Gardens or over the creek in Rosalind Park. Featuring fun family entertainment, children and adults alike will experience the atmosphere of the festive lights being switched on the 13 metre high tree.

The Christmas tree in Bendigo is a symbol of goodwill and the spirit of Christmas throughout December for the local community.
